If I've learned anything in over 2 decades of practicing chiropractic, it's that there is incredible power in simplicity. Without a doubt, sleep is the most overlooked and underestimated component of a healthy life. Regular exercise is a vital component of a healthy life. But even with the best intentions, exercising improperly can render all of your sweat and exertion worthless. While slaving away in the gym for hours has almost become a badge of honor, not only is it unnecessary, it can also be counterproductive. When you learn to structure your movement and activity in a manner consistent with your genetic code, not only does exercise become less demanding and more fruitful, but it actually becomes enjoyable again as well.

I seriously thought about joining Weight Watchers AGAIN, but I never had lasting success with the program. I started seeing Dr. Tsai for chiropractic adjustments with very good results.
