A healthy life is built on simple, timeless principles. But while the foundations of health are fundamental, putting them into practice can sometimes be a challenge. Often, the hardest part is knowing how to start, given the overwhelming wealth of information (or misinformation) out there.
We’ve put together a simple 30 day challenge to get you going.
The goal is to implement one simple change into your life each day so that over a month’s time you’ve built enough momentum to change your life.
This list is by no means all-encompassing, so we prefer that you utilize it as a great starting point rather than an end goal.
Here is the first tip to get you going…
Get into the habit of waking up 1/2 earlier than you currently do. Use this additional 30 minutes to exercise, read, listen to motivational material, review your plan for the day, etc. This is your time. Use as you see most fit, as long as it is productive. Put your alarm clock across the room if you have to, just make sure you get up.
Trust me, the more you do it the easier it gets.
