When is the last time you had a really good belly laugh?

Everybody loves to laugh, and there’s good reason why.  Besides it just feeling good, laughter has been shown to boost your endorphin levels, increase your immune response, and relieve overall stress.

Laughter is also contagious, so from a social standpoint it is a great facilitator of social bonding and team building.

Take a cue from your kids.  Start seeing the lighter side of things again.  Learn to appreciate the humor or joy in the simple things, and stop taking life so seriously!!
